For rising 1st-9th graders!
Join us at ARISE Together, a mental health summer camp, where we blend creativity, movement, and mindfulness to foster mental well-being in children and teens! Through engaging art projects, energizing movement sessions, calming yoga practices, and hands-on coping skills activities, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Come join our supportive community, where every brushstroke, mindful movement, and calming breath leads to feeling better and flourishing together!

What your camper will do:

Campers will walk away with tangible coping skills to assist in navigating big feels, low-mood, and anxiety.

Campers will build community with other students their age, creating a sense of belonging and togetherness.

Campers will learn to express themselves through art and creativity. Self-expression, self-confidence, and self-esteem will be increased through creativity.

Campers will engage in healthy movement through yoga practices to stretch their bodies and mind.

Campers will participate in mindfulness activities created to teach campers to cope with distress, calm busy minds, and engage in life fully.

Camp is $300 for the week ($270 if you sign up before April 14th). The cost covers supplies for all coping tool boxes, art supplies, and snack and drink throughout the week.

We never want finances to be a barrier. Each camp will have spots for those in need of a scholarship or reduced fee spot. Just let us know you are in need of a reduced fee or scholarship and we will handle the rest!

While campers will learn great therapeutic skills, camp is not a replacement for therapy for those who need additional support.

Not to worry! We will have therapeutic groups running through the course of the summer that will have similar activities and themes as our camp does! Check out our groups page to learn more!

Yes, absolutely! Campers will learn skills that ALL children can benefit from!
